Nursery
TBT
has 2 Nurseries:
Newborns: up to 18 months and,
Toddlers: 18 months to 2 1/2 years.
The Nursery is open for
all services. It is directed by Virginia Deschamps. She has been the
Nursery Superintendent for 15
years. Virginia is a native of Tucson and has attended TBT for 30+
years. She's married to Dave, and they have two children, Audrey (17) and
Nicholas (16). The whole Family is involved in the Nursery
Ministry.

These
dedicated workers help love the babies and toddlers by holding,
feeding, playing with, and of course changing those
diapers!
Vision
Virginia's vision for the department comes from a mother's heart.
"To
me, my job is to provide a safe, loving environment for for these newborns and
toddlers so parents are comfortable attending services," she says. " I want
moms and dads to feel confident their children are in good, experienced hands. It's a great feeling
to hear children asking to come to the nursery, or to see
them cry
when their parents come because they are having so much fun and don't want to leave.
We treat each child as a special gift from God. The abundant hugs I receive are just a
bonus!"
On the practical side, our nurseries are cleaned
thoroughly each week, and each toy is wiped clean and sterilized. Your
babies are in safe hands at TBT!
